Our street light use high power LED chip as its light source. The luminescent mechanism is the same with common light emitting diode(led), P-N Junction is integrated in chip with high technology. Between each partical, it is welded with Au wire and coated by epoxy. With perfect electrical and thermal conductivity, Au is also chemically stable and aging resistant. Therefore, the circuits on chip are not easy to be damaged. P-N Junctions used in our pruducts are semiconductors with high performance and high luminous efficiency. Being encapsulated by epoxy, electronic module is protected against changes in environmental temperature and humidity. Epoxy-encapsulation also prevent damages from mechanical vibration or impact. With those features, our product is characterized in longevity and high luminous efficiency.Its actual service life is over 50,000 hours and its luminous efficiency can reach 70 lm/W above.
